The price is per apartment. (Relatively
to the number of the people
read prices page).

can we check-in and out?
Check In from 4pm, Check Out within 10am,
if possible you may permitted to check-in at an earlier time or
deposit your luggage and for the departure, if possible, you may
permitted to stay longer.

Yes, the service is free from monday
to friday from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. In the other time rangers it is
subject to services charge from 20 to 40 Euro.

Breakfast is not included.

Yes, it is included for 5KW per day (usually
more than sufficient).

There are 4 floors with no elevator
but not difficulties..

the beds double or single?
There are two double beds and one
sofa bed (queen size). For a stay of 4 people we will prepare the
two double beds. On requests we can arrange also the bedsofa; in
this case the additional price is Eur 5 per night.

Is previoused a Security Damege Deposit?
Yes and the aount depends on the
duration of the stay. Less than15 nights stay Euro 300. Duration of
15 nights stay or more Euro 600.

Roma House Apartment is a non smoking apartment.

in the apartment? Are there international channels (satellite
TV)?

In the apartment there is a kitchen
and in the kitchen there is a table to dine together (max 4
people) for more that 4 people you can use the living.

Yes there is ADSL connection and the
price is EURO 10 for the entire stay (max one week)

garage available?
There is an internal parking just for scooter and bikes, but there
are pubblic and private pay-to-park garages in the surroundings.

rent a car?
At the Airports or at Fiumicino Railway Station.

nearest airport?
Fiumicino end
Ciampino.

Do you have a
pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes we have. In
case you wanted to require this service, please write us about a 3
or 4 days before your arrival, giving the exact flight number,
Airline Company and landing time.
