Why we chose to partner with limited Wineries

We believe its important to understand completely what you are serving. We want to partner with wineries, that share our enthusiasm, believe in their product and care about the people drinking their wine.  We look to our experts in the field to educate us on their product so we can share that with you... We take taste testing very serious and have hand picked these wineries and the wine we carry.

The Feast of Reason and the Flow of Soul
Following their dreams, three friends came together, Gina, Cat and Flint; full of talent, ideas, and the passion to create exceptional wines.
At Wit Cellars, we are committed to artfully crafting outstanding wines, which respect the elegance of each region, and the talents of each wine grower. Our experienced, knowledgeable, and committed winemakers, Flint Nelson and Cat Warwick, along with the WIT team create exceptional wines for those whom we have touched, and those whom we have yet to touch.  We accomplish this by blending our individual strengths and talents. In doing so, we foster a fun, positive atmosphere that supports our principles and culminates in a healthy, happy life style.

WIT speaks to thoughtful, meaningful interactions with friends,
a lightness of mood, and certain elegance of style
–which is the spirit of WIT Cellars.
Alexander Pope defined ‘drink’ as the
“Feast of Reason and the Flow of Soul”

……..So it is at WIT Cellars.

Eternal Wines

509-240-6258         602 Piper Ave Walla Walla

Established in 2014 by owner and winemaker Brad Binko.

He grew up in Buffalo, NY and spent time at Northeastern University,

University at Buffalo, and the WWCC Enology and Viticulture program

which he is a graduate of.  Brad Binko is a certified sommelier and

ran fine dining wine programs in Charleston, SC before moving to

Walla Walla to follow his dreams of making wine. As a sommelier he

has tasted around the Washington AVAs and found certain areas that

express the place and varietals to the fullest.

Eternal Wine focuses on single vineyard Rhone varietals.  Native fermentation, extended maceration, and non-intrusive wine-making techniques. Eternal wines only uses hand harvested fruit from premium vineyards. Our sister label Drink Washington State is focused on blends from the individual AVA’s in Washington that are also an amazing value. These are larger production wines that are more approachable early on.

. . The Eternal Wines and Drink Washington State tasting room and winery are located at the airport incubators. These are 5 units owned by the Port of Walla Walla designed for newer wineries. We are located at 602 Piper Ave Walla Walla, WA 99362. We are normally open 7 days a week 11-5pm for walk-in tastings. Please call for specific hours during winter months. 509-240-6258.
